What is IkeAkuma Week?
IkeAkuma Week is an eight-day long fanevent from July 7th to July 14th.This fan event is dedicated to celebrating the fictious pairing/ship between Ike Eveland and Vox Akuma. All fans are invited to participate, no sign up required, though we ask that you please read the rules.Each day will feature a prompt, and fans are encouraged to create based off of those prompts.The intention of this week is to promote and celebrate fanmade works of the ship is open to anyone interested in making fanworks or celebrating them.We are open to works in all languages.When posting your works, please use the hashtag #ikeakumaweek and/or tag @ikeakumaweek on Twitter so we can retweet and promote you.If using Ao3, we have a collection available for you add to your fics to!
What is a “ship week/pairing week?”A ship week is a weeklong fan event, where each day of the week is given a prompt to inspire or suggest ideas for fans to create based off of in relationship to the pairing. There is no sign-up, no deadlines, no commitment. You can participate every day or you can participate one day.How do I participate?During the event, create something for the pairing of Ike & Vox inspired by that day's prompt. Then, post it under the tag #ikeakumaweek2024 and/or tag us at @ikeakumaweek, and we will retweet it!If using Ao3, we have a collection available for you add to your fics to!What can I create?
Anything you want! Fanfiction, Fanart, Cosplay, Craft, Music, etc. Have fun with it!
Important Rules and Guidelines
As this week celebrates shipping, we do not want Ike or Vox to be made aware of it. We ask that participants comply with the following rules:
Do not mention IkeAkuma Week in the chats of any livers, Ike and Vox included.
Do not mention IkeAkuma Week in the Twitter/Social Media replies of any livers, Ike and Vox included.
Do not talk about IkeAkuma Week in any of Ike and Vox’s official tags,including but not limited to: #IkeEveland, #SpicyIkey, #Ikenography, #VoxAkuma, #Akurylic, and #Akumasutra.
If you are found to have violated any of the above rules, you will be blocked and your IkeAkuma Week posts will not be promoted on our Twitter account.
Any sexually explicit works must be created by someone 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not create or access sexually explicit works.
Any sexually explicit works should be clearly marked as such. We ask that sexually explicit visual works should be hosted on an external site such as poipiku or privatter, though a teaser can be uploaded to the twitter post.
All types of fanwork will be accepted (art, writing, cosplay, song, etc.)
Late works will be accepted throughout the week and after. Late submissions will be accepted until the end of December 2024, at which point the event will be considered closed, as moderators will no longer be checking the tag for entries until the following year.
Everything posted to Twitter must comply with TOS.

Q1. Can we use #ikeakuma / #ikevox when posting our works?
A1. Yes! As the #ikeakuma tag is not an official tag, you are welcome to use it in addition to the #ikeakumaweek tag on your posts.
Q2. Will you make NSFW prompts?
A2. We will not be making separate NSFW prompts, but you are welcome to make NSFW content for any of our prompts! Please remember to abide by the rules if you do so.Q3. Can I do Alternate Universes for days other than just Day 7?
A3. Yes! The prompts are there to inspire, not restrict, your creative work.Q4. Can I write about other versions of Ike and Vox? (ex. Eki, Box, Ivy, Voxanne)
A4. Yes, those are allowed.Q5. Can I include other livers/pairings?
A5. Please keep the primary focus on Ike & Vox. Others may be included as secondary/in the background.
Each day has two prompts.
You are welcome to choose just one prompt, or use both in creating your work!(There are no rules on how to interpret the prompts, as they are mainly to inspire your own ideas, not restrict them. You can use them literally, or use them as a theme.)
